ISURF
The IT Services User Request Form (ISURF) is used by authorized department administrative personnel to request access to IT resources for employees. Services available via this form include an Active Directory account, an email mailbox, and access to departmental file server resources.
Access to the IT Services User Request Form (ISURF) is avaliable only to authorized users. When you click the button below, you will be asked to authenticate using your Active Directory credentials. When logging in, you must specify the domain that your user-id is in, in one of the following formats:
