The web group at IT Services provides infrastructure, design and support services relating to web development for the UCD community. To contact the Web Services group for issues or projects that involve specialized support, please call the Help Desk at your location:

General Services
- Provides maintenance for the central campus-wide web servers
- Monitors web server performance, reliability, and traffic statistics
- Assists in the development of campus websites
- Supports faculty and staff with establishing and designing departmental web pages
- Monitors websites for compliance with UCD policies
Specific Services
- Support for approved applications including Site Builder, Dreamweaver and Contribute
- Technical support for web developers using approved tools on supported servers
- Website statistics are collected and available to customers
- Search services are provided for websites on supported servers

- Graphic Design including existing template modification, creation of static or dynamic pages
- Website Hosting
- Website templates available for rapid site development (Templates)
